December is such an exciting month for everyone. We will be making our weekly visits at the retirement home. I have a variety of Christmas ornaments the children will be making out of recycled materials as well. Our recognition of the Zoophonics alphabet will continue and becoming more familiar with writing the letters. On December 13th we will be attending the Stoneybrook Assisted Living Christmas Party. Santa will be visiting! Also, there will be Christmas cookies and a clown making balloon animals for the children. Bill and I will be keeping the children until 7:00pm so the daycare parents can finish their Christmas shopping. We will provide pizza for the kids. Santa will also be visiting Stoneybrook Long Term care on Tuesday, December 17th at 4:15pm. On December 20th we will be attending Stoneybrook Long Term Cares' Christmas party in the afternoon. We are so fortunate to have such a great relationship with the local retirement homes. Our "Caring is Sharing" project has been so successful. The children have learned so much and we have helped so many less fortunate people in the community. Best wishes for a wonderful Holiday Season!
